Plates of brazed plate heat exchanger are produced on automatic plate molding production lines. The whole plate is fabricated in divided portions through continuous compression molding by adopting cutting, positioning and centering technology. Plate type mainly includes horizontally straight corrugated plate, pocket-type corrugated plate and flat plate. Change of structure can be realized by changing length of heat exchanging plate and thickness of overlapping. Every two single plates are assembled and welded together at the wing position to form a plate bundle and zigzag welding is performed around the plate. This unique structure enables heat transferring plates to form another fluid channel through welding of the edge. And the more plate bundles are connected together through welding to form two fluid channels, namely the inter-plate fluid channel and inter-tube fluid channel, which compose core structure of the brazed plate heat exchanger. Pure copper or nickel is used as brazing materials to braze neighboring stainless steel corrugated plates together in the vacuum brazing furnace to form the plate heat exchanger. Channel between plates as well as holes at the corners make it available for two medium to flow alternately in the channel. Numerous contact points enhance mechanical strength. Contact points and edges are sealed through copper brazing to ensure thorough isolation among both medium and the outside so as to realize better heat exchanging effect.
